Dr. Nilay Mehta, MD
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Dr. Nilay Mehta Brings Over 15 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Medical Research.
After earning his medical doctorate, he has dedicated his career to conducting and managing large-scale clinical research projects, working with pharmaceutical companies to support the development of new and improved treatments.
Over the years, Dr. Mehta has been involved in managing thousands of research initiatives and has successfully led large medical research teams across multiple sites in the United States.
His deep understanding of patient management and clinical research operations continues to drive My Patient Referral’s mission to make clinical trials more accessible and efficient.
Dr. Karan Shah, Pharm.D., MBA
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Dr. Karan Shah Combines Clinical Expertise With Operational Leadership.
After completing his Doctorate of Pharmacy, he pursued an MBA in Healthcare Management to better understand the operational side of medical research and healthcare systems.
He has worked with leading hospitals in the Boston area and has experience collaborating with major pharmaceutical companies, including Johnson & Johnson.
At My Patient Referral, he focuses on building efficient processes, developing standard operating procedures, and ensuring smooth coordination across research and patient referral workflows.
Kumud Mehta, MBA
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Kumud Mehta brings over 40 years of experience in financial management.
He has extensive expertise in budgeting, financial planning, taxation, and strategic advisory. Throughout his career, he has supported organizations in making informed financial decisions and managing relationships with investors and stakeholders.
At My Patient Referral, he oversees financial strategy, planning, and growth initiatives, ensuring the organization remains sustainable while expanding its impact.
Parth Panchal
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Parth Panchal leads the technology vision at My Patient Referral.
He is responsible for building and managing the platform that powers our clinical trial matching system and patient referral workflows.
With a focus on usability, cybersecurity, and scalability, he ensures that patients, hospitals, and research partners can seamlessly connect through a reliable and efficient digital experience.
His work plays a key role in making clinical trial access simpler and more accessible through technology.
